Feng Shui Your Health By Taking Care Of It

人虚则寒—>寒则湿—>湿则凝—>凝则瘀 —>瘀则堵—>堵则瘤—>瘤则癌 万病之源就是寒湿体质,请注意! 1、“虚”的感觉是怎么样? “虚”的体质是觉“累,疲劳,犯困,没有精神”等; 体虚最大的二个原因就是我们生活习惯不好与工作压力大而引起;比如一个人生活习惯经常晚上很晚睡觉,或者说睡眠不好,则第二天就容易疲劳;一个人的工作与生活压力大,经常超负荷工作,经常很烦恼,情绪不好,就容易让身体疲劳;而让身体经常处于这种疲劳中,我们器官的机能就开始下降,我们体质就是这样开始变"虚"; 2、“寒”的感觉是怎么样? “寒”的体质是感觉“怕冷,怕吹空调,晚上睡觉感冷”等;当一个体虚的人,在平时生活中不注意穿衣,晚上睡觉不注意盖被子,经常吹空调,冲凉水澡,往往就容易让我们体质受“寒”,特别现在女性平时穿衣少,更容易让身体受“寒”; 3、"湿"气的感觉怎么样? 当身体“寒”气越来越重时,身体慢慢更容易进入“湿”气,一个身体“湿”气重的人,就象下雨天穿了一件淋过雨的衣服,感觉身体重与不舒服; 特别注意:寒湿气容易进入我们身体的5个主要通道是: ①肩颈部的“大椎穴”, ②前胸的"膻中穴", ③肚脐部位的“神阙穴”, ④腰部的“命门穴”, ⑤脚底的“涌泉穴”; 从“大椎穴”进入的“寒湿气”容易引起我们的“肩颈酸痛,肩周炎,颈椎病,头晕头痛,失眠多梦; 从"膻中穴"进入的"寒湿气"容易引起我们的"乳腺肿痛,乳腺管道阻塞,小叶增生乳腺纤维瘤等症状”; 从“神阙穴”进入的“寒湿气”容易存积在我们盆腔,特别是女性,当盆腔内的“寒湿气”重时,就容易引起我们妇科各种疾病,比如:妇科炎症,月经不调,经血不畅,痛经,血块,子宫肌瘤,卵巢囊肿,不孕不育症等”。其实我们可以用一个例子来说明,可能更容易理解,我们把一块木头放在一个“阴暗潮湿”的地方,这块木头很容易变质,发霉,长蘑菇等;我们女性的子宫,卵巢若长期放在这样一个“寒湿”盆腔环境中,女性妇科就容易出现各种病变,所以女性的盆腔一定要保护好。 从“命门穴”进入的“寒湿气”容易引起我们腰酸背痛,腰膝酸软,各种肾虚,性功能下降等症状; 从“涌泉穴”进入的“寒湿气”容易往上流动,容易引起漆关节酸痛,风湿关节炎等症状; “寒湿体质”是万病之源,而体质"虚弱"的人,寒湿气就更容易进入我们身体;所以当人体因各种原因感觉疲劳时,就可以通过排寒湿和补充阳气及时恢复体力,不要让身体器官在疲劳中变"虚";从而导致寒气进入我们体内。中医讲:虚则补,寒者热之; 4、"凝"的感觉怎么样? 当体內"寒湿气"时间长了,就容易身体"凝"的现象;"凝"的意思是循环慢和代谢慢;身体容易酸,痛,身体不舒服; 5、"淤"的感觉怎么样? "淤"的时间长易出现阻塞,身体易酸痛,麻木,胀痛,混身不舒服,还疏通过程中痧点全是黑,紫色的; 6、"阻塞"的感觉怎么样? "阻塞"时间长了就容易生病,每个人生病不一样; 7、"瘤"的感觉怎么样? 长"瘤"不可怕,怕的是恶性肿瘤,恶性肿瘤容易变异形成癌病; 8、"癌"的感觉怎么样? 是个很恐怖的事情,那就不要等了。 为避免风寒,请在日常生活中护住五大穴位,胸背腰腹足底等! 最简单的补血法——晚上泡脚 保留下 不错 脚是阴血的大本营,三条阴经都汇集于此:足少阴肾经、足太阴脾经、足厥阴肝经。肾生血、肝藏血、脾统血。 一:晚上泡脚为什么能补血 血虚、血淤→手脚冰凉、舌质黯淡、脸上有斑、心脏发紧、憋闷、喘不过气→晚上泡脚 — 热水中放红花(味辛,性温,归肝经和心包经,破血、行血、和血、调血),活血化淤;疏通肾、肝、脾三条阴经。 二:泡脚的窍门 春天泡脚,开阳固脱; 夏天泡脚,祛湿除热; 秋天泡脚,清肠润肺; 冬天泡脚,丹田暖和。 生姜、陈皮、薄荷→脾胃虚→暖脾胃,祛湿邪。 白芍、益母草、当归→痛经→痛经一般是体寒或气滞血瘀引起,白芍除阴气、祛腹痛、通顺血脉;益母草去瘀生新,活血调经;当归补血活血、调经止痛,还可以使皮肤白皙红润,改善手脚冰凉的问题。 干姜→风湿骨痛、怕冷怕凉→干姜温中散寒、回阳通脉。 黄芪、透骨草、伸筋草、花椒→糖尿病(阴虚所致)→花椒祛湿;黄芪补气固表;透骨草可以帮助药物透过皮肤深入肌体,发挥药力。 泡脚四忌讳: 一忌刚吃饭或空腹后泡脚。应饭后半小时后。 二忌水温过高。应40-50度。 三忌时间过长。应20分左右,微微出汗既可。 四忌自作主张,乱放中药。 泡脚禁忌:经期或妊娠期妇女;有出血症状的病人不可泡脚。 泡脚时: 上半身不出汗,下身出汗→肾寒; 上身发热,下半身不出汗→气虚。 膀胱经拔火罐,刮痧,推拿都可以...
